SPECIAL NOTICE
Please be advised that there is a possibility that some individual items in
your order may not activate. The cause of this is mainly due to the physical
handling of the package by the U.S. Postal Service or other carrier while
in transit to their destination. Although glow products are shipped in
cardboard tubes to help prevent this, customers are hereby notified that
under these circumstances we do not guarantee that each and every glow
item will work upon delivery. The estimated shelf life of glow products is
1-3 years. If you are not going to use your glow products for some time
it is advised that you store them in a cool, dry place where they will not
be disturbed. Due to the nature of the product being sold, all sales
are considered final and there will be no refunds on glow products.
