One of our suppliers is running a sale on a VERY LIMITED number of static props in their warehouse that they once sold on behalf of a major haunt prop supplier. One of our larger suppliers is having a Special Sale on a select number of static and animated props to make room in their warehouse for incoming Halloween and Christmas merchandise.

By purchasing any of the sale products listed above, the customer agrees to all stipulated Terms and Conditions of Sale as stated in the How To Order department of our website.  Due to the nature of the merchandise being sold, all sales are considered final.

Payment will be either through a PayPal account, a major credit card (paid through our PayPal shopping cart system), Certified Check or Money Order only.  If payment is made through our shopping cart system using either a major credit card or PayPal account, the customer must have a "Confirmed" name and shipping address (post office boxes will not be accepted) in order to qualify for the PayPal "Seller Protection Policy".  We will not ship to alternate addresses that have not been "Confirmed" by PayPal.  Sorry, no exceptions!  Some products may incur an extra crating fee.   Shipping charges are extra and will be based on the weight of the product ordered and the destination.  The total cost for the merchandise, shipping, etc., will need to be paid in full and in advance of the order being shipped.
